We understand that pets are important members of the family, which is why we offer this dedicated service to accommodate your travel with pets (e.g., vet visits, pet parks, moving house or holidays together). This service uses specially cleaned and equipped vehicles, with rear seats fitted with waterproof covers and pet seatbelt restraints to ensure your pet’s safety and maintain interior hygiene. The vehicle is stocked with pet water bowls, small treats and waste bags for any unexpected needs. Our drivers are trained to interact gently with animals and will assist in safely securing pet carriers or large dogs inside the vehicle. We accept common household pets such as cats and dogs (please inform us of breed and size in advance). To maintain a clean environment, we require pets to be kept in carriers or secured with seatbelts. During the journey, we adjust cabin temperature appropriately for your pet’s comfort. After each service, the vehicle is thoroughly disinfected and cleaned, providing a fresh environment for the next passenger. This service enables you to travel freely with your beloved companion, without ever having to leave them behind.
